These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of jc777.cam ("JC777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your registration, access and use of all services, games, sports betting markets, promotions and features available on jc777.cam.

By completing the account registration process on JC777, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a promotion or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not accept these Terms, in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the JC777 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued access to the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of each session.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on JC777, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or your jurisdiction.
• You are not resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from JC777 or any related platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or affiliate of the Operator or any associated entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy in their entirety.

JC777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on JC777. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated balances or bonus funds at its sole discretion.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify JC777 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

JC777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process in accordance with the operator's anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification may be required at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal request, or at any time at the Operator's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot or statement of the wallet or bank account used for deposits)
• Source of funds documentation where required by the operator's AML policy

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Operator accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication code with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify JC777 immediately via live chat or by emailing the support address.

Deposits into your JC777 Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier section at the time of deposit. The platform provides guidance on familiar Pakistani payment rails including mobile wallets (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), interbank transfer systems (such as Raast) and conventional bank transfers to accounts held at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are for informational context only.

• All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• JC777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be refunded until the Operator has completed any applicable verification checks.
• The Operator reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Account currencies and any applicable conversion rates will be displayed in the cashier prior to transaction completion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the Operator's standard processing procedures, including identity verification, compliance checks and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

JC777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered using real-money stakes on qualifying games.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

JC777 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements; coordinated play between accounts; and providing false information to claim a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Operator reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings and close the Account.

All games available on the JC777 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface and by the rules of the studio or provider that supplies the game. In the event of a technical error during a game round, bets may be voided and stakes returned, at the Operator's discretion.

• Sports bets placed on JC777 are subject to the published sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market and event.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the event conditions at the time the bet is placed. Late bets may be voided if market suspension has occurred.
• JC777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per game session or per day may apply and are published in the cashier or game-specific terms.
• Published RTP figures for slot games are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, for live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning in a studio environment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JC777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Attempting to circumvent technical restrictions, geo-blocks or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sport.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting a malfunction are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to transfer funds between player accounts without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing JC777 staff or other players.

JC777 is committed to responsible gambling and requires all Players to engage with the platform as an entertainment activity within their financial means. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible from account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly caps)
• Loss limits (caps on net losses over a defined period)
• Session time limits and session reminder notifications
• Reality check alerts at configurable intervals
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account restrictions)
• Self-exclusion (temporary or indefinite account closure)

JC777 does not market to individuals who have self-excluded, who are on a cooling-off period, or who are otherwise identified as vulnerable. Players who have registered a self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent it by registering a new account.

JC777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Detection of duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or payment provider.
• The Player's jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by the Operator for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) that cannot be legitimately retained will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding compliance checks.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting customer support. A Player who closes their Account voluntarily may re-register, subject to these Terms, unless a self-exclusion is in force.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JC777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill.

JC777 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability.

The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the platform (including odds, statistics or game descriptions) where that information contains typographical errors, technical faults or data feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on the JC777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "JC777", the logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, images and software — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

JC777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used to verify identity, operate your Account, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, personalise your experience and communicate with you about your Account. Your data is not sold to third parties.

JC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to registered Players via email or a platform notification. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may be made without specific notice.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of your most recent session on the platform governs your use during that session. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request Account closure before the revised Terms come into force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered or licenced. Specific governing law and dispute resolution provisions will be communicated to Players who raise formal disputes via the support channel.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to them, including any laws governing online gambling in their place of residence. JC777 does not represent that these Terms override locally applicable mandatory law.
